Mahal’s actual name is Noemi Tesorero, and she was born in Virac, Catanduanes, Philippines, on December 29, 1974. Mahal’s father’s name is Romy Tesorero, and her stepmother’s name is Josefa. Mahal has two siblings one sister’s name is unknown, and she owns a restaurant in the United States in Cleveland. Her brother is a policeman in Palawan stationed. Mahal was born and brought up in a wealthy family and didn’t want to work but worked for her satisfaction.    She first acted in the film Small and Terrible in 1990. In 1998, she appeared in the television talk show Eye to Eye, and in the same year, she appeared in the show Lunch Date. From 1998 to 205, Mahal worked as a co-host for the television show. In 2003, she acted in the comedy film Mr Suave in the role of Rico Suave’s mother and the same year; she acted in the film Utang ng Ama as Nuno a punto. In 2004, Mahal acted in the television series Bahay Mo Ba ‘To?, and in 2005, she acted in the series SiS.

In 2007, she acted in the film Pasukob as Flower Girl; in 2012, she acted in 2 Id’Nal as Aling Belen. Mahal acted in television series like Toda Max in 2012, #ParangNormal Activity in 2015, One of the Baes in 2019, Owe My Love and Dear Uge in 2021, and many others. She appeared in the television reality shows like Gandang Gabi, Vice!, Face the People, Full House Tonight, Tunay na Buhay, The Bombay and Tekla Show, and many others. In 2021, Mahal last appeared in the television show Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho. Mahal also owns a YouTube channel which has more than 800 k subscribers, and her channel has more than 84 million views. Mahal died on August 31, 2021, in a hospital located in Batangas. The cause of her death is that she suffered from gastroenteritis, was also affected by Covid 19 and had hypertension. Mahal was considered a high-risk health condition because of Covid-19.
